Top It Off... Praline Ice Cream Sauce



Praline Ice Cream Sauce

Makes about 4 half-pints.

2 cups dark corn syrup 

1/3 cup dark brown sugar 

1/2 cup water 

1-1/2 cups pecans 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

Combine syrup, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. 

Pour syrup into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust caps. 

Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
